Put PhoenixOS on your phone

Takes about thirty seconds. Afterwards it opens with one tap, like any other app, and you never type the address again.

Point your camera at this

On a printed copy: open your camera, hold it over the square, and tap the bar that pops up. Reading this on your phone already? Just tap the square. Either way, no typing at all - and it is the same one for everybody, whether you are on the floor or in the office.

If you have an iPhone

  1. Open Safari and go to the address above. It has to be Safari - this does not work in Chrome on an iPhone.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. It is the square with an arrow pointing up out of it.
  3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top right.

If you have an Android phone

  1. Open Chrome and go to the address above.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen, or Install app if that is what it says.
  4. Tap Install or Add.
You should now have a black icon with a yellow P.

That is PhoenixOS. Tap it any time - no address to type, and no browser bar across the top.

Signing in

  1. Type your employee number - three digits, like 010. It was in the email we sent you. Ask the office if you cannot find it.
  2. Press Sign in. That is it - there is no password.
Keep your number to yourself.

It is the only thing needed to sign in as you, and everything you record on a machine is recorded under your name.

On a machine tablet you sign in again each day.

That is on purpose. The tablets on the machines are shared, so a sign-in there ends at midnight. The work you record is then recorded as you, and not as whoever used it last. An office sign-in lasts much longer.

Lost the link and cannot find it again?

Search for phoenix packaging the way you would search for anything, open our website, and tap Staff login at the top of the page. That gets you there without knowing any address.
